Current-state and future-state maps
LEGAL OPERATIONS
Turn legal growth into a repeatable, visible operation.
We design processes, roles, SOPs, SLAs, controls and metrics so the firm can grow without depending on memory, email or operational heroes.

The signal you should not normalize.
People execute the same process differently; handoffs have no owner; Clio, Filevine or Lawmatics are underused; and leaders make decisions without reliable data.
WHY SOLVE IT NOW
Rework, errors and key-person dependency increase with every new case, hire or practice area.
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
A managed service, not an isolated resource.
We do not document an imaginary process from a conference room. We observe real work, exceptions and load, involve operators and translate improvement into ownership and metrics.

Scope designed around real work.
RACI, roles, handoffs and escalation paths
SOPs, checklists, SLAs and completion criteria

Must we change software?
No. We first assess your current ecosystem and adoption. Many improvements come from configuring and using current tools better.
What deliverables do we receive?
Depending on scope: process maps, RACI, SOPs, checklists, SLAs, scorecards, dashboards, prioritized backlog and implementation plan.
Who should participate?
A sponsor, process owner and representatives of the people doing the work. Without internal ownership, documentation does not become behavior.
Does consulting include implementation?
The scope can include adoption, training, configuration and later automation. Each phase defines owners and success criteria.
